The task is that: the manager must send a welcome letter to the lead of Bitrix24. This can be done with the standard functionality of Bitrix24, but we have a good html-letter, so we want to send a message using UniSender. And with minimal effort for the manager. How can this be realized?

This is a traditional case. The standard functionality of Bitrix24 for sending mail does not guarantee even 98 percent of the probability that the letter will be delivered to the recipient.

Therefore, I give the solution - our integration. A lot of our customers make mass mailings through integration. In the application even there is an allocation of access rights.

We do not need mass mailing. Letters must be sent by managers to customers manually, but with the help of UniSender. We like that UniSender has beautiful templates.

This is not exactly what we need. Managers do not need to log into the application. It is necessary to send a beautiful letter directly from the Lead card to Bitrix24.

Technically, there is no such implementation in any integration for Bitrix24. Moreover, it was not even technically possible before and so our customers use the functionality that is in the integration. I suggest all the same to take advantage of the scenario that was proposed in the commentary above.
