Answer from Technical Support 1C-Bitrix:

As a temporary solution to the problem: go to Administration - Settings - Product Settings - Module Settings - Main Module. In it, disable the "Merge JS" tag - this solves the problem.

As a permanent solution we have added you to the alert for finalization. As soon as the finalization is ready, you will receive an alert. You will need to install updates. After that, you can turn on "Merge JS" again in the settings of the main module.
