We tested on our test sites - now the problem is not identified. Obviously, the problem lies in the UniSender editor, which is loaded into the application in a frame. Only UniSender can impact on its functionality.

Mila, we sorted out your question. The problem arises from the fact that you are not involved in the monetization of integration. The system removes the load from your portal and passes the mailings to other portals that participate in monetization.
