Hello! There is a message sending problem in a business process through Unisender.

The following picture: when you reach a certain status in the processing of leads and a certain condition is met, an e-mail message is sent to this lead. We sent the message using the "Automatic distribution of Unisender with Bitrix24" option, like all the necessary data was specified, but the letter didn`t received.

What is the cause of the problem?
