Then, in the business process designer, a user who has the right to create business processes (both primary and secondary) can create a business process for sending a message through integration:

2) Check to send the message through the integration, it is necessary that the required template be included in the integration. You can create distribution templates directly in the integration or in the personal account of the Unisender. If the additional user created the template in the Unisender, then this template must be transferred to the main user account.
