Bitrix launches the summer release of "Hong Kong". In this release, a new mail has been announced, where it will be possible to add several mailboxes to one employee.

Perhaps this will solve your question. Now, before the release, our customers simply redirect from all mailboxes to one mailboxes and send emails from this one mailbox. But it's not very convenient...
