How to make sure that the mail has reached the contact?

The standard functionality of Bitrix24 for sending mail from the CRM does not have the function of confirming the receipt of the letter by the addressee. But there is an option how to receive confirmation of reading - send letters from our integration Bitrix24 and UniSender.  Like we do in the Pinall and like our customers do.

Give the manager the right to send e-mails from the application  "Send UniSender Email Campaigns Directly From Bitrix24" (1 letter is equal to 1 newsletter).
Then not only the delivery statistics of the letter, but also on reading, as well as referrals  will be available to the manager.

The key to integration is that we have almost the only application that inherits rights from the CRM.
