The standard functionality of Bitrix24 for sending mail from the CRM does not have the function of confirming the receipt of the letter by the addressee. But there is an option how to receive confirmation of reading - send letters from our integration Bitrix24 and UniSender. Like we do in the Pinall and like our customers do.
