Hello. I develop monthly sending of messages through business processes for certain contacts (letters should be sent on weekdays, for 4, 3, 2 and 1 day before the end of each month).

There are difficulties with creating a business processes that would not run every day, checking the current date. I want to optimize it to not load the Bitrix server and run it through the calculated delay in days, varying depending on the launch date.

Do you have a similar problem?

Сan I create the main field "Sphere of activity" in the "Lead" tab?
There is such field In the "Companies" tab , it is in the form of a list and it is used when entering a company.
But there is no such field  in Lead.
How can I do it?

There they are, they can be selected in the "Companies" tab in the "Field of activity" field. I created the "Sphere of activity" field in the "Lead" tab, put the "List" selection, and there it does not show from the Directory.

The word "No" stands in the "field of activity" in which you need to choose from the list of proposed options. How can I put options on the list of activities in this list?
