Can I put Bitrix24 CRM forms on my site if the site is not on the Bitrix platform?

When creating a new lead in CRM, we need to enter information about him  in the field of activity. There is no field in the form. How to add to this form a line after the line "Lead Name" so that it is displayed in "List View Settings «Leads»"?

The button "Transactions" became active. It works.

The button  “Deals” is disable.  There is no possibility to segment the database for transactions. Is there a bug in development or am I doing something wrong? I bought the tariff "Bitrix24 Business" for 12 months

We have 2 users on the Unisender website. One - the main, and the second - additional user with limited rights. This additional user wants to set up a business process in Bitrix24 to automatically send emails from your Integration of UniSender and Bitrix24. Is it possible to make this additional user send letters from Bitrix24, but not from the main user, but from an additional one? And also with these limited rights will he be able to set up a business process for mailing letters?
