Automatic distribution of communications that change depending on the Lead source
All of the unique aspects of your situation can be incorporated without any additional development, as we've already done everything for you. Simply choose a ready-made business process mailing list template, download it, and install it into your Bitrix24.
It's easy! You don't need programming skills - just take it and use it! To help you, we have provided detailed instructions with screenshots showing the sequence of actions and the result.
To fully automate UniSender’s business process mailing lists in Bitrix24, you need to purchase the "Automatic mailing through business processes" option.
This is essential, as without it, despite being able to download the template and create an action, distribution based on the status of the business process will not take place.
You can get this option for FREE for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months if you renew your cloud licence for Bitrix24, or buy the off-the-shelf version or its extension for the same period.
To gain this chance, use one of these two options:
- Take part in our integration monetarisation programme, allowing you to gain our automatic mail distribution option, based on business processes, for FREE. Terms and conditions are here.
- Purchase this option (if you do not wish to take part in the integration monetarisation programme with free access to the mail distributor). Terms and conditions are here.
What's been added:
- A business process functionality that launches automated communications based on the status of the Lead, Contact, Company, or Deal. For example, the Lead's status will determine which type of communication template is used within UniSender.
- Live updates on Deals, Contacts, Leads and Companies, as they respond to your communications. You will know in real-time how your clients are reacting to your mailings. This means that when creating, for example, a Lead, the application will automatically send to the specified email address the template you chose. Likewise, when the Lead becomes a Contact, Company or Deal, communications can be released. In the entity comments section, you will be notified about distributions to their email addresses. In your UniSender personal cabinet, you will see the newsletter as it was created by the business action. After the distribution status changes to 'Sent and analysed', you will see comments and statistics on the mailing.

Problem
How do you create a new Lead from various sources? In the given scenario:

The selection and number of sources can vary. Previously, you had to (depending on the Lead source, and using a different UniSender template) distribute to the Lead’s email address (if you had it).
Solution
To solve this problem, we have provided a fully functional robot with all integrated Lead business processes. This robot will provide you with notifications about clients via the UniSender and Bitrix24 integrations. Via this integration, UniSender and Bitrix24 can send out communications with professionally designed templates, and gain a full range of statistics on your newsletter, including those allowing you to assess its effectiveness.
Procedure
To use our solution, do the following:
1. Send a request to order@pinall.org to get the file with the business process for free.
2. Open the following section in your Bitrix24: CRM / Settings / Automation / Business processes.

3. In the subsection "Lead", click "Add template".

4. Open the window for inputting the business process parameters. Enter the name of the business process and click "Save". The checkbox "Run automatically" will remain when 'With additions' is on (as shown below).

5. Open design business processes.

6. Click the "Import" button. Confirm you wish to replace the current template with the one downloaded from our site.

7. Choose the downloaded PinALL business processes file and click "Import".

8. Open the downloaded business processes.

Subsequent actions, steps and statistics needed when implementing the automated distribution business processes in UniSender and Bitrix24
In order for the business processes to work, the conditions to launch them need to be created.
You can manually create the Lead using one of the source options. When configuring the system to automatically recognise the Lead source and generate it in the system, the result will be the same as those in tests.
1. In the CRM / Lead section, create a new Lead by clicking on "Add Lead".

2. Choose the Lead’s source and save it:

3. The automatic ‘mailing’ business process has been triggered (without you needing to do anything). Under the business process tab, ‘Routing’ launches, where you can see how the business process is being executed.

4. In the journal displayed, you will be able to see the current status of processes.
5. In the CRM list, you can see notifications on how the status of your communication is changing. Distribution of your communication via different templates has taken place.
6. The final stage in the automated mailing is the 'Sent and analysed' status, after which you can analyse statistics on how people reacted to your mailing. How many opened it? How many read all the information (tracking how far people read, and recording unsubscribe clicks), how many followed the links? These statistics are supplied (relying on UniSender's technical capabilities) 50-71 hours from the moment the communication is sent out, drawing on the distribution's data.
7. If a client has unsubscribed, this information will appear in your live notifications.
8. In your UniSender personal cabinet, you will see all the statistics from your mailing.

The scheme for automating business process mail outs via UniSender and Bitrix24, based on different Lead statuses, looks like this:
