We recommend that you import your database from UniSender to Bitrix24. Then, using our integration, Bitrix24 and Unisender, make a choice (at least 3 or more segmentation fields for each mailing list).
The best scenario for you is a segmentation for deals. So you will make a mailing list to the contacts with which the deal is concluded. The good results are given by segmentation by average check and transaction stage.
Thus, you will definitely get a hard segmentation and good conversion rates.

Technically, there is no such implementation in any integration for Bitrix24. Moreover, it was not even technically possible before and so our customers use the functionality that is in the integration. I suggest all the same to take advantage of the scenario that was proposed in the commentary above.
Specify, please, do you compare the amount filtered in the application and the amount filtered in the CRM, in the contacts section?
Are you sure that all the selected contacts in the CRM section have email addresses? The point is that the application does not select entities that do not have an empty or missing email field.
Yes, of course, that's what I'm talking about. Your managers must manually open the contact, the lead or the dealer, and send him a single letter through integration. Then look at the statistics for reading this single mailing.
