We need to perform a task for monitoring if there are no activity in the deals. The so-called "forgotten deal".
If the analytical report already has the ability to look at "forgotten transactions", maybe there is an opportunity from the business processes or the robot (which is unlikely) to determine the "neglect" of the deals?
And if there is no standard possibility, maybe someone has already solved this problem for themselves?
My options did not stand the test.
1. Assign calls at intervals of several days. Alas, there are deals for which several such calls have already been accumulated.
2. Send notification if the transaction is in a certain state for longer than the specified time. There are deals for which work is being done, there are appointed cases, and they have not yet changed their status. On them, notification does not make sense.
